Our residential design packages have been created to suit varied budgets and requirements.
Whether you’re wanting to focus on a single room, a selection of rooms or a whole house, our packages are structured so you concentrate the service on the spaces that are most important to you.
Residential interior design is so much more than creating beautiful fabric and finish schemes, of course this is a hugely important part, but it’s about exploring the volume of the space and designing the aesthetic direction around a spatial plan that functions and flows effortlessly. We pride ourselves on being specialists in this field.
Our Process Overview
You’ll notice throughout our portfolio that all of our designs are so different, which is so intentional and is a direct reflection of our clients. We centre our designs around our clients brief and the way you want to live in your space.
Acquiring Initial Brief & Exploration of Space
We spend time and continuously work with clients to fully understand what they’re wanting from their homes so we can execute and achieve what they want from their homes perfectly.
We conduct an onsite survey to explore every inch of your home and discuss tastes, budgets, time-frame and general desires. We have the software, the expertise and the skill to explore your space to achieve the best layout possible.
Development of the Design and Internal Direction
Once we have the internal layout finalised and we understand how the space flows, we move onto the the fabrics and finishes stage. Working with a myriad of factors as part of your space and brief, such as natural light, your outlined tastes and style direction, our design team transform the space layout with furniture, finishes, textures and fabrics.
Implementation and Execution of the Design Scheme
Once the design scheme has been signed off and the project is ready to start its transformation, we can oversee and manage the full interior project to ensure it’s fulfilled perfectly. We have an incredible team of contractors and suppliers that can execute our designs immaculately. We do have a package available where clients can implement their own projects, but its always absolutely best practice to have your designer onboard throughout.

Westminster Apartment
Situated in the heart of London’s bustling city centre is this stunning apartment we have completely transformed into an incredible, art deco inspired luxury second home. Our client’s wanted to be bold with the design and wanted us to create references to the building’s Art Deco heritage. This project is currently on site and due to complete in 2023.

As new build’s are ‘rolled out’, our clients wanted to invest in a design that was truly reflective of them and their tastes and to also utilise the space much better than the existing. Leeds Family Home
Our Leeds project is such an incredible transformation. Our clients purchased this stunning property and commissioned JMD to transform the way the full home functions, as their main living spaces were sectioned to a small portion of the house due to the existing layout. Every individual space and how the home functions as a whole is now completely reimagined with a flow and transition that works perfectly for our clients and a beautiful interior design scheme to enhance it.
